TURNAROUND TIME

Current turnaround time is 2 weeks. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. This is subject to change without notice, however, I will always have my current turnaround time posted here.

LOCAL PICKUP

I do offer pick up for local customers who wish to save on shipping. If you tick the box "Local Pickup" at checkout, you must be able to pick up your order in Maple Ridge, BC, Canada. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

**Very Important**

You must use your home address, as couriers do not ship to P.O boxes.

All orders will be shipped to the address given on the invoice. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout. Once your shipping label is printed, you are unable to change your address and the package will be mailed to the address submitted. If it is delivered to the wrong address or undeliverable due to wrong or no address, the package will be reshipped only at the buyers cost. No refunds will be given due to an incorrect shipping address.

 SHIPPING METHOD

I use various couriers such as UPS, DHL, and Purolator to ship orders. This can range from 1 day to 7 days or more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I do ship internationally, however, Glass Knobs and Glue Stix is not responsible for any additional fees to ship outside of Canada (i.e. custom fees). Any additional fees outside of shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

Customs can hold any item for inspection for any length of time. This is beyond our control, but please send me a message and I'll do everything I can to get it moving.

 

SHIPPING ISSUES

Should your order arrive damaged or doesn't arrive, please send me a message to get any issues resolved.

MISSING DETAILS

Please be aware that details missing in the Special Instructions For Seller will delay your order. I will contact you for missing details. If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours I will assume the information is correct and proceed with the order as placed. Please note delays with communication for information is not included in production time.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of my business I cannot offer refunds on any items. They are personalized and customized specifically for you and I would not be able to sell them to another customer. Please make sure your personalized description is exactly how you want it to appear on the items in the notes to seller section. I do allow the option to cancel orders after they have been placed, only if I have not started the design process.

Customer service is my top priority. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please message me right away. In the event that I make an error, I will courier the correct item within 24 hours, free of charge.
